We guarantee all items sold on our website to be free from defects. We will exchange any defective product at no charge to you the customer. If you feel that the product is damaged or defective in any way, or if you received the wrong item in error, please contact Customer Service at (888)255-5793. You must call us to obtain return authorization.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for an exchange or refund. Murals that have been unrolled cannot be returned for credit. All returns must be made within 10 days of the customer's receipt of merchandise. You must call us to obtain return authorization. Customers are entitled to receive a credit equal to the product's price, less a modest restocking fee to cover our shipping & bank charges. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
